CQ Nurse Compliance and Accreditations
CQ Nurse is committed to an Integrated Approach to all Management Systems incorporating Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety and as a result has received certification in the International and National Standards to all three.
ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management Systems
This is the first of the International Standards which CQ Nurse acquired and we are very proud of Management and Staff's commitment to the overall provision of Quality Services. ISO 9001 is the most widely known and internationally accepted model for a Quality Management System and is used by organisations across the globe for some highly effective quality systems.
Through a system of documented and audited processes, CQ Nurse can guarantee that the service to all stakeholders is continued as the premium service and that failure to do so will result in an actionable monitoring and improvement program.
Management's commitment to the QMS is at the forefront of CQ Nurse's success and by continually improving all processes and systems, the organisation ensures that the requirements of stakeholders and regulatory bodies are met and complied with. This, then, not only enhances the satisfaction of all stakeholders but will continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CQ Nurse's performance.
AS/NZS 4801:2001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
CQ Nurse has developed a brand new OHS Management System and the success of this system can be seen in the accumulation of another Standard, mainly AS/NZS 4801 OHS Management Systems. This standard is used as the benchmark to assess Occupational Health & Safety Management systems for organisations in an Australian/ New Zealand Environment however; organisations in other countries have adopted the requirements as well.
CQ Nurse prides itself on providing its staff and other stakeholders, with a work environment that is safe environment and without risk whilst ensuring stakeholders take reasonable care of themselves and others in the same way.
This means that CQ Nurse is serious about Workplace Health and Safety and has a proven record in preventing and managing risk through a very successful Risk Identification Scheme and continual Management Review of policy and procedure.
ISO 14001:2001 - Environmental Management Systems
Compliance to this standard means that CQ Nurse demonstrates a commitment to environmental laws and other statutory requirements, whilst incorporating a culture of "React! Reduce! And Reuse!". This culture is then used to foster continual improvement and increased awareness to current World Wide Environmental Standards, whilst educating all stakeholders on the importance of our Environmental Responsibilities.
Each year, CQ Nurse and its Divisions must continually meet its commitment not only to the requirements of the International Standard (via the external audit procedure), but to the environment itself. The current Environmental Management System (EMS) is improved on a continual basis so that CQ Nurse can meet objectives and targets set in the yearly Strategic Planning Program. The company does this with a combination of its corrective/preventive action program (NonCo - Non Conformance System and Environmental Risk Assessment Tools), the Internal Process Audit and through and Management Review.
The outcome is a system which CQ Nurse is proud of and will use to continually monitor its environmental impact, not just in the office but in the external environs the company deals with on a daily basis.
