CQ Nurse is an employer dedicated to providing support to all staff. We offer you the opportunity of a confidential professional counseling service for any personal / work related concerns, which is independent to our agency.
Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) you have access to:
- 24 hr, year round telephone counceling service
- same day appointments for urgent situations
The service is provided free of charge, and is available for currently contracted CQ Nurse employees, their partners and their children.
Our EAP providers are Gryphon Psychology; they have experience psychologists with specialist expertise to help you deal with problems.
Seeking counselling at an early stage can often prevent a relatively minor concern developing into a major problem.
